Eliminate Negative Thoughts & Negative Emotions; forever.

Why is it so-hard to overcome challenges in life? And; how to overcome it..........

 

1. Increase Anxiety & Depression: if you constantly have negative thoughts and feelings about your life or a particular situation that has cause you stress and anxiety, and you have Do Not found out the strategies or ways to overcome it; your negative thoughts may increase, and it will increase more anxiety and can cause you to have depression. - You need a Life Coach. 

 

2. Low Self-Esteem & Confidence: having negative thoughts and feelings on a regular basis can cause you to feel inadequacy about your life and your cirsumtances, plus the contant thoughts; will I overcome this issues? or would it last forever, making you feel more sad and upset about your life, like something is wrong with you and that this problem will never go away. - Is this you? Here are 3 strategies and tips to help you with negative thinking: 

 

1. Breathwork: Tony Robbins said, " To change your mind, you must change your physiology. " - So, breathwork is a very effective tools, because your nervous system is out of balance due to the constant negative thoughts and feelings. By doing breahtwork everyday for just 5 or 10minutes per day, it help to put your nervous system to come into balance; so that negative thoughts and feelings will be reduce or overcome overtime. 

 

2. Relase Techniques: When negative thoughts and feelings arise out of nowhere: just say, " I release it, yes!" & " I let it go, yes!" Say, these two phrase 9 or 10 times and even loner if you have to; usually after you say it 5 or 6times; the tensions will be reduce and it will disappread. Try to do this "release technique" for a month whenever you have negative thoughts or feelings or emotions. 

 

3. Heart & Brain Coherence: this is a very-effective method and you can search on the internet for: Heart & Brain Coherence techniques, because I only share my techniques to paying clients only; sorry I am really sorry, I can not review this technique in this blog. 

 

Whats the Next-Step you should take: 

 

1. This is what 80% of people who will do this: They will try and figure out the solution for themselves by searching on: google or ChatGPT or AI for answers or solutions to their negative issues. But, with the method that I have just mention it will only give you generic or superficials answers, and you can try many method on: google or ChatGPT or AI; but I guranteed you, you will not be able to overcome it. But, the choice is yours. 

 

2. There is only 5% of people who will do this: These are smarter and wiser people, because they know that if they get help you a Life Coach or a Therapist; you has experience with helping others overcome this problem, then a Life Coach can help them too. Even though it cost them money to hire a Life Coach. It is much better then dealing with the situation for the next 10 or 20years on your own. 

 

3. There is only 3% of people who will do this: They will simply do: nothing, and hope for the best. - Is that you??? Then you seriously need my help, because you will keep delay and procastinating. This is not the solution, and it will get worse if you don't seek for help & support.
