How to control anger??? tips and strategy.

This blog: is to help you with Anger and Anger-Management issues? The solutions that works!!!

 

When you have Anger-Management issues: this is what you should do; to first be aware, reduce then overcome it, it's a 3step process. 

 

1. Awareness to the problem: When you are aware and you know Anger is your problem, and not someone else and you want to find a way to resolve it; that is the first-step towards making a transition towards a better life. Because, the truth is, you don't want to deal with this situation forever do you? It is affecting your life, and it's making you feel unhappy and unsatisfied about life; and you just want to overcome it. - If, after a month and you tried my method and it hasn't change or improve then contact me, let me help you. 

 

And, you are on the right-track because you reading this post. 

 

2. Reduce the problem: so, the question is, how do I reduce the problem then??? 

 

This is what you must do: 

 

(a): Ask yourself, why is the situation or circumstances is making me up-set? 

 

(b) Are the person and people involved are: Disrepecting? 

 

(c) Why am I do Anger about the situation? 

 

(d) Breath in 4 counts, hold for 4 seconds, and breath out 6seconds.........

 

(e) SAY: " I realse it, yes! " - I let it go, yes! " - repeat for 5-10times.

 

(f) Breath in 4counts, hold for 4 seconds, and breath out for 6seconds

 

(g) SAY: " I release it, yes! " - I let it go, yes! " - repeat for 5-10times. 

 

(h) Breath in 4counts, hold for 4 seconds, and breath out for 6seconds. 

 

Just keep repeating this techniques whenever you feel Anger or when Anger most likely to occur.

1. This is what 80% of people who will do this: They will try and figure out the solution for themselves by searching on: google or ChatGPT or AI for answers or solutions to their negative issues. But, with the method that I have just mention it will only give you generic or superficials answers, and you can try many method on: google or ChatGPT or AI; but I guranteed you, you will not be able to overcome it. But, the choice is yours. 

 

2. There is only 5% of people who will do this: These are smarter and wiser people, because they know that if they get help you a Life Coach or a Therapist; you has experience with helping others overcome this problem, then a Life Coach can help them too. Even though it cost them money to hire a Life Coach. It is much better then dealing with the situation for the next 10 or 20years on your own. 

 

3. There is only 3% of people who will do this: They will simply do: nothing, and hope for the best. - Is that you??? Then you seriously need my help, because you will keep delay and procastinating. This is not the solution, and it will get worse if you don't seek for help & support.
