Are you depressed? and how to deal with it? 3 tips.....
If, you have the following symptoms then you have depression:
1. Persistance sadness or emptiness: are you constantly sad about something, something or someone? or maybe days, weeks, or months and you don't even quiet know what is the reason to it? Then, you are experiencing the beginning sign of: depression.
2. Loss of interest or pleasure: those actitivitie that once bring you joy or fulfillment like; hobbies, movies, socialising or even eating or drinking seems meaningless to you. You seem to loss interest with everything, and are quiet confused about life.
3. Hopelessness and helplessness: feel sad about this world, and feel hoplessless because things are not getting better, and think that it is going to get worse. And, thinking that my life is sad, boring or is a burden and you don't feel like living anymore; plus other negative thoughts.
4. Difficulty Concentrating: depression can cloud your thinking, making it hard to focus, make wise decisions and remember things; because the negativity has effected your life.
5. Irritability or Frustration: small problems may feel overwhelming, and mood swings can occur and you are often frustrated about life.
Here are 3 tips and strategy to help you:
1. Breathwork: This is a very-powerful technique because when your dealing with stress, your nervous system is out of balance, and with regular or daily " Breathwork " practise; it will put your mind, body and soul into balance and into equillibruim and put your nervous system back into balance again. My suggestion is to practise Breathwork for at least a month before you can see psotive results.
Here's how to practise: Breathwork = When you are sitting or laying down (maybe as soon as you wake up in the morning within 5-10minutes of being awake. Just breathe in and hold for 20seconds or 40seconds (or as long as you can) and exhale for 5-6second and do this for 5-10mintues or do it 9times.
You can also search on Youtube for other Breathwork techniques; that choice is your. Please do it everyday for at least 1 month.
2. Sound Healing: Most people Do-Not-Know this, but sound healing has been use by our ancestors and ancient-people for thousand of years, and it is a sacred healing method. Please do this as soon as you wake up, and listen to the sounding healing for 30mins or 60min in the morning and at night time before you go to bed.
Heres what you should do: on Youtube please aearch for: 639hz Tibetan Sounds (and it should come up) and also search for: 432hz + 528hz DNA Repair (and it should come up, and choose the 2nd one). Please do this everyday morning and date for at least 1 month.
3. Release Technique: Please do this, whenever you have stressful thoughts and emotions. Say the phrase: " I release it, yes. " & " I let it go, yes. " - say this repetitively for 10-20 or 30times until the stress is been release and the tension reduce; and do this as often as you can and whenever you feeling stress or do Breathwork.

1. This is what 80% of people who will do this: They will try and figure out the solution for themselves by searching on: google or ChatGPT or AI for answers or solutions to their negative issues. But, with the method that I have just mention it will only give you generic or superficials answers, and you can try many method on: google or ChatGPT or AI; but I guranteed you, you will not be able to overcome it. But, the choice is yours.
2. There is only 5% of people who will do this: These are smarter and wiser people, because they know that if they get help you a Life Coach or a Therapist; you has experience with helping others overcome this problem, then a Life Coach can help them too. Even though it cost them money to hire a Life Coach. It is much better then dealing with the situation for the next 10 or 20years on your own.
3. There is only 3% of people who will do this: They will simply do: nothing, and hope for the best. - Is that you??? Then you seriously need my help, because you will keep delay and procastinating. This is not the solution, and it will get worse if you don't seek for help & support.
