The reason why so many people are suffering from challenges in Life, is because we are all human, and every single one of us, have experience challenges or difficulties in your life; whether its in their childhood, adulthood, at maturity aged or in their senior Life.
There was this great therapist whom I once talked about trauma when I was learning and studying about trauma.
And, she said, if you have been born, then you have experience trauma in some form or another, doesn't matter what it is; she states that we all experience traumas in our life.
Can you understand and relate to this? You are not isolate or alone in this, and there is nothing wrong with you. We all go-through challenges or traumas in our life; to help us evoled and learn plus gain growth and wisdom in our life; so we can successfully help other people too, base on our experiences.
We are all human, and we all experience difficultes and challenges in our life, such as Life Coach and Counsellors, Healers and Therapist; they too have experience some type of trauma personally, and have learn to overcome it, and now they share their knowledge in their practises or coaching sessions to help other-people learn, grow and overcome their challenges too. Let me start with a quote to help you gain more insights into finding a solution for yourself.

First you must:-
1. Acceptance & Appreciation: to yourself that you have a particular problem that you want to resolved, and give yourself time, understanding and patience; that you will 'overcome' this problem or situation soon. Learn to accept yourself and love yourself through this process, that you will have the answers and the problem will be resolved very soon.
2. Unconditional Love & Support: forgive yourself for having to go-through the experience of pain and suffering in your life, and forgive yourself for having to go through it and give yourself emotion support, and understanding and empathy to yourself; like you are giving it to a friend.
3. Learning & Growth: Rather then thinking to yourself, why most I go through this problem? Why is it me? Why I can not over come it??? Think about what can I learn from this situation? What is it that I must know and learn to transform this situation? And, who can I learn from to help me with this problem? or seek for professional help like a Life Coach, therapist or Counsellor.
4. Time & Patient: When you relax and chill-out and give yourself time and patient to learn what is it you need to learn? Or do what is it you need to do to overcome your problem or situation; give yourself time to heal and try different methods and strategies.
5. Meditation or Calm the Mind: regulare or daily exercise of only about 12mins per day of meditation in the morning and in the evening can be a Healing method and strategy for your personal and professionals issues; that comes into your life, so practise meditation as a healing modalities.
6. Mind & Body Coherence: you must learn the tools and resources of: Body and Mind Coherence, so that your body and mind is in balance state; so it begins to heal, rejuvenate, integrate, balance and bring about Healing and Transformation.
