The reason why you are suffering from Anxiety is because:
1. You have excessive worry, stress, fear and frustration about a particulare issues or sitation and you are constantly re-think, thinking, and revisit, plus your memory remind you of the circusmtances and situation.

The problem is simple and in the majority of the cases is your "reaction" to the problem and your reaction comes down to 3 main points.
1. You are "judging" the situation: like saying to yourself, here it is again? This situation is bad or I hate having to deal with this situation etc.
And are simply adding "negative" meaning into the situation and it makes the problem even harder to resolved. Do you do this?
2. You are also "resisting" the situation: When you resist something, or do not want it this and such to happen; you are adding more fuel into the fire, and the resistance keeps adding up and building up overtime, making it harder to overcome it. Do you do this also?
There is this saying: Whatever you resist will persist.
3. You are "overthinking" the situation: when the experiences occur overtime, you then "overthink" about the situation like saying to yourself, will this ever stop or will it ever end. Or you are completing about the situation and overthinking, making you feel more stress and anxious about the situation and in turn making this program more difficult to resolved. Do you also do this?
And, here are more examples as to why, its not helping you resolved the situation.
1. You have racing thoughts and have difficulties concentrationg and often get distracted about other things; then finding a solution or a Life Coach or Therapist to help you with your Anxiety. Do you do this?
2. You have a sense of feeling or emotion about things like: terrible things are going to happen to me in the future or thinking the situation will get worse or too hard to overcome. And, thinking you will suffer for the rest your life? Do you do this?

Here are my 3 tips and strategy to help you with your Anxiety:
1. Your Mind: most of the probelm coming from Anxiety occurs in your mind, by judging, resisting and overthinking about the situation, and the mind keeps a records about those thoughts, feelings and emotions; and will keep repeating itself, until we have learn the lesson and have dealt with it and overcome it.
1: (Suggestion Strategy): What I do suggest is that you put time out everyday, to do "meditation" for at least 5mins or 10mins a day (but ideally 12mins). What this those is it helps you to clear our mind of "negative" or unwanted thoughts, and it allows for you to calm your mind and relax your mind over time. This practise takes time, but overtime it will be very beneficial.
2. Your Body: when though I can not give you the answers here, because it will put my business into "jeopardise" and I am giving advance knowledge into healing modalities; then no-one will need my service true? That is why advance information or specialise information are never-given away freely, people must be willing to pay for the specialise service if they need help.
2: (Suggestion Strategy): Tony Robbins say this, " To change your mind, first you must change your physiology " - This is advance knowledge and techniques, that I only disclosed or review it, to my private 1:1 clients only.
3. Heart & Mind Coherence: This is a very-simple technique that you can do for 5-10mins per day, for 3-5times a week, and within just 1 or 2months; you will feel some type of Healing and Transformation that your mind and body is desolving and you will feel better about yourself and your life; and you will be on the verge of overcoming your anxiety in just 3months.
