1. Mindfullness Awareness: you must always been Observing and watching your thoughts and feelings, whenever it is out of balance or that it is negative or unwanted. By simply Observing you allow for the gap-between-the-spaces to clear, and those negative thoughts and feelings will slowly dissolved and clear away. And, the best way to do this is by practising Meditation for at least 5 - 10minutes everyday or ideally 12minutes if you want quick results. And, once you have done this for 1 months, then enhance the Meditation by practising Meditation 2 times a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
2. Breathwork: Tony Robbins once said, " To change your mind, first you must change your physiology. " - By practsing Breahtwork you are changing your physiology and trying back balance and equilibrium in your neverous nervous system. Because your nervous system has been out-of-balance because of those constant negative thoughts and feelings; now you need to bring your nervous system into balance by practsing Breathwork.
