Understanding Why Anxiety Feels So Overwhelming: 

 

1. You have excessive worry, stress, fear and frustration about a particulare issues or sitation and you are constantly re-think, thinking, and revisit, plus your memory reminding you of the circusmtances and situation; over and over-again like clock-work. 

 

So, how do you "overcome" this probelm: Let me start off by saying this: " Your problem is not the problem. Your reaction is the problem. " 

You may want to "re-read" it again so it brings you insights into the situation. 

 

The problem is simple and in the majority of the cases is your "reaction" to the problem and your reaction comes down to 3 main points. 

1. You are "judging" the situation: like saying to yourself, here it is again? This situation is bad or I hate having to deal with this situation etc. 

And you are simply adding "negative" meaning into the situation and it makes the problem even harder to resolved. Do you do this? 

 

2. You are also "resisting" the situation: When you resist something, or do not want it this and such to happen; you are adding more fuel into the fire, and the resistance keeps adding up and building up overtime, making it harder to overcome it. Do you do this also? 

 

There is this saying: Whatever you resist will persist. 

 

3. You are "overthinking" the situation: when the experiences occur overtime, you then "overthink" about the situation like saying to yourself, will this ever stop or will it ever end. Or you are completing about the situation and overthinking, making you feel more stress and anxious about the situation and in turn making this program more difficult to resolved. Do you also do this? 

 

And, here are more examples as to why, its not helping you resolved the situation. 

 

1. You have racing thoughts and have difficulties concentrationg and often get distracted about other things; then finding a solution or a Life Coach or Therapist to help you with your Anxiety. Do you do this? 

 

2. You have a sense of feeling or emotion about things like: terrible things are going to happen to me in the future or thinking the situation will get worse or too hard to overcome. And, thinking you will suffer for the rest your life? Do you do this? 

 

3. Are you easily frustrated and overwhelem about a particular situation? Problem or circumstances that arise in your life and quiet often ger frustrated about everything, even the little stuff? Do you do this, also? 

 

4. You have excessive worry or stress about a particular situtation and circustances that is making you frustrated all the time. And, you can not seem to know how to "overcome" it? resolved it? or get rid of it? is this you? Then, you need an expert professional help. 

 

[Important Tips] I can give you some tips and strategy to help you with your situation, but if any of the above things that I have mention, it's best that you get professional help from someone like me as your Masterful Life Coach to help you with your situation and help you overcome it; in a easy, quick and faster way - then dealing with it by yourself because google and AI will not help you resolved the problem. 

 

You need advance, expert advice and support; so you can easily "overcome" your anxiety for the rest of your Life.......

 

Here are my 3 tips and strategy to help you with your Anxiety: 

 

1. Your Mind: most of the probelm coming from Anxiety occurs in your mind, by judging, resisting and overthinking about the situation, and the mind keeps a records about those thoughts, feelings and emotions; and will keep repeating itself, until we have learn the lesson and have dealt with it and overcome it. 

 

1: (Suggestion Strategy): What I do suggest is that you put time out everyday, to do "meditation" for at least 5mins or 10mins a day (but ideally 12mins). What this those is it helps you to clear our mind of "negative" or unwanted thoughts, and it allows for you to calm your mind and relax your mind over time. This practise takes time, but overtime it will be very beneficial. 

 

2. Your Body: when though I can not give you the answers here, because it will put my business into "jeopardise" and I am giving advance knowledge into healing modalities; then no-one will need my service true? That is why advance information or specialise information are never-given away freely, people must be willing to pay for the specialise service if they need help. 

 

2: (Suggestion Strategy): Tony Robbins say this, " To change your mind, first you must change your physiology " - This is advance knowledge and techniques, that I only disclosed or review it, to my private 1:1 clients only. 

 

3. Heart & Mind Coherence: This is a very-simple technique that you can do for 5-10mins per day, for 3-5times a week, and within just 1 or 2months; you will feel some type of Healing and Transformation that your mind and body, and it is desolving and you will feel better about yourself and your life; and you will be on the verge of overcoming your anxiety in just 3months. 

 

3. (Suggestion Strategy): This Heart & Mind Coherence technique is very-powerful and it works with literally every "negative" thoughts, feeling and emotion in the mind and body; because it builds an electromagnetic field surrounding your body informing you that the body and mind is in peace, in harmony and in balance; so it allows for you to heal quicker, faster and easier.

And, you will suffer from this experiences for years and even decades ; if you don't learn how to "overcome" it. 

 

This is something, that I do-not wish and want for anyone to endure and go-through. There is help available if you seriously want it? And, let me help you "overcome" this challenge and any other challenges or problems that is affecting your life, right now.......

 

The Ultimate Truth: You basically have only 2 choices to consider...... This is the ultimate truth.

 

1.  The first-ultimate truth is: you will Never be happy, satisfied or fulfilled in your Life, if you continue to this this problem that we called: Anxiety. This problem will keep on occuring and re-occuring, and repeating itself, with the same or similair thoughts, feelings and emotions that will drain your life; and making you feel unhappy and dissatisfied with your Life, if you do-not learn how to "overcome" it. 

 

You will have the same situation and experiences over and over again until it gets resolved; and if it doesn't you will have increase stress, frustration and headache.  Do you seriously want this problem to continue for the rest of your Life; think about it seriously. 

 

So........ To deal and managed this problem/situation - Most People Would: just keep on searching endlessly for FREE-Information on: Google or ChatGPT or AI (or Youtube) etc. for Answers and Solution for their specific problems and situations. And, what they discover is that it will only give some generic or superficial information that sounds like good advice and referrences; but it will Not Help You deal with the situation probably and "overcome" it for good. Are you doing this also???

 

2. The second-ultimate truth is: You must seek for help and guidance from a professional like a Life Coach (me), or Therapist or Counsellor, whom has experiences working with people whom suffers from Anxiety and has help them "overcome" it or they have personally "overcome" it themselves; like most Life Coaches and are not just reading from a text-book without personal experiences. 

 

This is the best-options because, you are working with Coaches and Therapist that can related and understand your situation thoroughly, and with personal referrences to solving the situation themselves; Life Coaches can help you "overcome" your situation is a matter of a few months or a few sessions. 

 

Even though this options can cost you money, and at times can be expensive. At least you know, you will get the Results and Outcomes that you want or desire, rather then waiting for 5 or 10years, or even 20years; to try and figure-out ways to resolved the situation on your-own, and in the long-term this will cost you more much more Time, Money, Effort and a lot of Frustration overtime. 

 

The choice is yours, and yours alone; so make your decision today.
