How to: Overcome Negative Emotions:
This is a problem that happens to millions or billions of people world wide, and in this blog/post I will share with you 3 tips that will help you deal with your negative emotions.
The reason why? you are experiencing regular 'negative' thoughts and emotion about your situation is because you havent resolved it yet, and in order for your life to move forward; you must overcome this problem or situation first, before your life will improve.
Most of us go through life the hard way, and that is learning and much as you can, and try to get 'Ahead' on your own, by whatever reasons or means you have to. The idea of life is progress and get ahead right???
So, most of us, rather then paying for a Life Coach or Therapist to healp them deal with their situation or problem, they try it do it alone, and do it by themself... There is where it will take you longer and could take you 10years or 20years to resolved your sitation. But, however if willing to pay for a good Life Coach, you can get the results that you want within 6months or 12months, rather then 10-15years...

- It is the meaning you give to the situation, and your thinking has create this negative emotions, associate with your situation or problem.
- You need to learn to rewire your mind and subconcious mind.
2. To change your Mind, first you must change your physiology - Tony Robbins.
- You need techniques and strategy that changes and downregulate your nervous system.
- This can be done through 'breahtwork', or humming or dropping into the heart.
3. Mind & Brain Coherence - Dr. Joe Dispenza.
- You must learn how to bring your mind and body in coherence so your healing can occur.
- Healing is like taking a shower, you must do it often before you begin to heal.
